What We Do

We run projects which focus on Gender equality, women empowerment and education, We work with schools and communities to train Adolescence Girls and boys to ensure their safety and develop gender sensitivity. To ensure this we provide training to Schools teachers and parents so that they could ensure that schools and communities are becoming gender-sensitive and that sexual violence can be stopped. Adolescent girls and women are made capable to handle issues regarding health, hiyene menstruation and develop life skills. Men are especially focused and trained so that they can support gender equality, girls and women empowerment. We address the corona emergency and provided emergency relief to migrants and labourers who eat hand to mouth .women vulnerability during the lockdown is being addressed by us both by ensuring their food provision and health concern. we are the ones who not only distributed just grocery items but sanitation and hygiene materials. At present, after realizing the biggest impact of lockdown on hunger and education of the marginalized community we are now running 22 education bridge classes in the rural and urban slums to cope with the losses of school clousers. Our educational project Solera Girls’ Home allows 40 girls and young women from most deprived families to live safely. Many of them have been in danger of violence and abuse. Some are orphans or have a single parent. Here they can continue their education and access other vocational training. The girls develop confidence and a vision for their lives to make maximum use of their opportunities
